To do the will of my God
Every moment of each day
Presenting my body unto Him
A living sacrifice, holy
Acceptable, without spot or blemish
An instrument of honour
In His household
A partaker of His divine Nature
A royal priesthood, a holy nation
A race of kings and priests
To show forth His praise and
To declare the glory of His name
His steadfast love, His loving-kindness
His tender mercies and awesome power
In the name of the Lord
To preach the good tidings to the meek
Bind up the broken-hearted
Proclaim liberty to the captive
Opening the prison gates to
To them that are bound
To comfort all that mourn
Render beauty for ashes
The oil of joy for mourning
And the garments of praise
For the spirit of heaviness.
His battle-axe and weapon of war
To break in pieces the nations
Destroy kingdoms and dominions
Pull down strongholds,
Principalities and powers
Pull asunder the gates of brass
And the fetters of iron
And to destroy all the works
Of the enemy.
To establish the reign of
His love, on earth
Over all that was created.
